The health and safety of our guests are of utmost importance and due to the uncertainty that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has caused, the decision has been made to cancel the 2020 J.D. Heiskell Drive to Feed Kids event. This decision was made with careful consideration and in the best interest for all attending. We are deeply saddened, as we always look forward to spending the evening with you and helping to raise funds for hungry children in Tulare County.
These are certainly difficult times for so many people and the need has grown tremendously. In the months of April and May, FoodLink and its partners have distributed over 737,000 pounds of food to over 100,000 individuals in need, an increase of 150%. We are asking for your consideration to still give to FoodLink of Tulare County to help support their efforts, as we do not anticipate this need decreasing at least through 2020.
